WHAT IS TFT?

Thought Field Therapy is an approach to healing based on the body's unique energy system. It rests on the assumption that disruptions within that energy flow follow consistent and particular patterns: feeling anxiety is different than looking forward to a birthday, for instance.

Since those patterns are repeatable and predictable, it's possible to intervene and disrupt them. Tina does this by asking her client to tap on the same meridians that have been used for centuries in acupuncture and shiatsu.

Different patterns of tapping are associated with different conditions and issues. Tina has used TFT for everything from obsessive behaviours to panic attacks, and others trained in its applications have successfully used TFT for dealing with people traumatised by war in Kosovo.
