Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a tapping procedure that was devised by Dr Roger Callahan.  Dr Callahan discovered that when the TFT tapping sequence is applied it addresses the fundamental causes and balances the body's energy system allowing you to let go of negative emotions or fears within minutes.

It works on the premise that when we have problems, feel anxious for example this is represented by a pattern within our energy system that is repeatable and predictable; and that it is possible to disrupt this pattern.

This is done by tapping on meridians that have been used for centuries in acupuncture and shiatsu.

Different patterns of tapping are associated with different conditions and issues. Tina has used TFT to help her clients deal with many problems from obsessive behaviours to panic attacks, and others trained in its applications have successfully used TFT to help people traumatised by war in Kosovo.
